Any chance of my RMA being denied?

  • I bought a Biostar motherboard last month. It died last week, and I requested a replacement. I have all of the included parts except for two screws.

I was using a Hyper 212+ on it, so I removed the original heatsink mounting bracket. I lost two of the screws while doing this. Am I going to get denied because of this?

  • Highly unlikely to be denied, unless those screws were so specialized that they'd be extremely expensive to replace (strange feeling they are ordinary).
  • They're pretty ordinary. They're just particularly long since they have to go through the heatsink bracket, motherboard, and backplate.
