Asrock Deluxe 4 Patriot DDR3 1600

I was wondering what settings other people are using for the Asrock Deluxe 4 bios settings for memory.  I was reading the comments for the motherboard on newegg and saw that people were lowering the voltage on their bios settings.  I'm using Patriot viper extreme http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp......

Thanks for the advice, going to be running mem test tomorrow.  I'm kinda concerned about other things though as I did buy the motherboard as an open box item.  I knew the second that I opened the box that it had been used because the motherboard comes with an optional fan for the NB, and when I opened it, it was already attached.  Looking around for other options, I thoght I might update the bios, but it seems the previous owner already did that.  The bios version that it comes with is 1.2, and it is running 1.5.  Chaturbate Xnxx Tubegalore

There is a spamware program with a similar name to Memtest86+. This link is the real thing. It is free and the other is probably malware or worse.

Losen the clock to 1333 and make your timings as tight as possible.. I'd leave the voltage at memory manuf. settings..

The memory controller in these Phenom II chips max out at 1333 and the AMD chips really aren't fast enough to deal with a dual-channel bandwidth faster than 1333.. The lower latency can help 2-3%, however..

Use memtest86+ to check memory stability..
and although I lowered the voltage by .05 (to 1.60 instead of 1.65) I still seem to have problems with the memory reading at different speeds every time I reboot.  Any thoughts or suggestions?
Manually set timings, voltage and clock rate.
