Need a power supply upgrade for Dell 580 Inspirion.

I have a Dell 580 system with motherboard M# 0C2KJT. I need a power supply of at least 450watts or more. I don't wanna fry my system. I heard that I might need a non proprietary power supply. It has a 24-pin and 4-pin socket. My Cpu is a Intel Core i5 760

Need the exact model number  (or a link to the exact PC) of the PC they make different form factors.
The motherboard is no big deal as a 24 pin and 4/8 pin are the standard connectors.
