HDMI Multi Out

i'm looking for a way to take a 1080p or 4k video signal supplied by an hdmi cable (playstation, switch, or xbox) and split the signal so that the left/right or top/bottom  each appear on a different phisical tv so that when using one system in splitscreen (arms on the switch, cod on the console for instance)......

No, no device solution will SPLIT a video signal in half and then just retransmit that half to a different screen in full screen.  There is NO SUCH "magic" device that will do this.  When transmitting in "split screen" mode, the feed from 2 sessions is merged into 1 "signal". 

When streaming from multiplayer games, streaming solutions run on the server console and "jump" between a full screen feed from various players on that server.
